Learn a trade in coffee service.
The training combines online learning with practice at the machine. The content is tailored to the machine model. See the two training steps below.
Step 1 — Operating
Full operator training with an online course and hands-on training: operation, refilling, hygiene, cleaning and daily checks.

Step 2 — Technician
The follow-up training focuses on maintenance, investigating and resolving faults and carrying out repairs.

Learning in practice
On-site practice
The fully automatic machine prepares coffee and fresh milk automatically; a trained operator takes care of daily operation and care. This makes the coffee service less dependent on available baristas. Fixed preparation settings keep daily work clear and simple. The operator keeps track of stock, hygiene and daily checks; the technician supports with maintenance and faults. In this way, machine choice, training and guidance fit together.
A machine that suits the location.

Demonstrations & Coffeesisters Point
From office demos to Coffeesisters Point.
During an on-site coffee tasting, staff and those involved discover which coffee suits them. They compare aromas, body and the balance between fresh, sweet and bitter notes. How does the coffee taste black, and how does it come into its own in a cappuccino? Together they determine their taste preference and choose a machine that matches their wishes and daily use.

Caribu! Coffee Sisters Point
Karibu means ‘welcome’ in Swahili. At Karibu Coffeesisters Point, everyone is welcome, young and old: a welcoming place to enjoy together, meet each other and take a moment to relax.
Quality coffee and the knowledge of our trained staff are central. They know how to prepare the coffee carefully, set up and maintain the machine properly and safeguard the taste. This is how good coffee and hospitality come together in every cup.
Whether it is busy in high season or quieter in low season, the attention and quality stay the same. Thanks to the staff’s expertise, you can count on good coffee and a warm welcome all year round.
