A clear transition
We guide the switch to Beautiful Coffee with a dedicated contact person and a schedule that suits your organisation. We map the current situation, your wishes and practical points of attention. Any agreements with your current supplier, such as end dates and the collection of equipment, are discussed in advance so the planning can take them into account.
Preparation and introduction
We discuss your locations, users, taste preferences, consumption and the services you want. We record who the contact person is and when the transition should take place.
Site check and proposal
We assess the space, access and connections. Then we coordinate equipment, product range, daily management and service. You get clarity about the solution, costs and responsibilities.
Planning and preparing the equipment
We agree when delivery and placement will take place and what preparation is needed on site. Where possible, machines are set up and tested in advance so that the work on site runs efficiently.
Plaatsing en ingebruikname
We place and connect the equipment, check that it works and calibrate the coffee. Your staff then receive instructions on operating, cleaning, refilling and reporting questions or faults.
Aftercare & tuning
After the start, we discuss experiences and check the settings where needed. We make agreements about further guidance, maintenance and evaluation moments.
Minimal disruption
By agreeing work in advance, checking locations and preparing equipment, we keep disruption to daily work to a minimum. The planning and lead time depend on the number of locations, the equipment and any adjustments needed on site.

A move, renovation or expansion can change your coffee service. Together we look at what this means for placement, capacity and guidance, and make new agreements where needed.
Limiting risks in advance
We check space, connections and access before placement. Planning, responsibilities and points of contact are agreed in advance. During commissioning, instructions and checks help prevent incorrect use.
Safety and continuity are part of the preparation. We discuss which technical and organisational measures are needed and record them in the implementation. The lead time and moments for follow-up checks and evaluation are agreed per project.
