Products and origin
We look at taste, quality and responsible production. Our tender solutions include Rainforest Alliance Certified coffee, with attention to the production chain and sustainable land use. When choosing your range, we discuss which certification applies to the selected products.
Our coffee is roasted in the Netherlands. With a tailored ordering and delivery schedule, we take freshness, consumption and stock into account. For tea and related products, we also look at the options that suit your organisation.
Keeping equipment running longer
Good maintenance helps extend the life of coffee machines. By spotting wear in time and replacing parts where necessary, equipment can stay in use longer. Refurbished equipment can also be part of your solution, depending on availability and suitability.
When choosing the machine, we discuss energy use, capacity and maintenance. These properties differ per model and version; we assess them for the equipment actually offered.
Less waste and targeted trips
By matching consumption and stock, we limit unnecessary surpluses. We combine deliveries and service visits where possible. Telephone support, online instructions and any monitoring can help resolve questions without an extra visit on site.
The separation and processing of packaging and residual materials also receive attention. Which waste stream is suitable depends on the material and the agreements with your waste processor.
GreenTix
Through GreenTix, we link coffee purchases to reforestation projects. This allows your organisation to make its accumulated contribution to these projects visible. As part of your coffee service, we agree how points, project choice and reporting are set up.
A contribution to reforestation is different from reducing your own organisation’s emissions. That is why we keep communication about your contribution and the related reporting concrete.
Coffee grounds reused
Beautiful Coffee works with Coffee Based on options for recycling coffee grounds. With the optional Coffee Recycle Service, coffee grounds can be collected separately and processed into circular products. We discuss whether this service can be set up at your location and which agreements apply.
The cup counts too
Would you like to make reusable cups part of your coffee service? We are happy to discuss which cup solution suits the use, cleaning and organisation at your location.
Social sustainability

Contribution and reporting
The GreenTix proposals provided describe a points overview and a certificate showing the result. Availability, costs and reporting frequency for your organisation are agreed in advance. We present this as a contribution to projects and substantiate any claims about climate results separately.
