Joining the workforce
Beautiful People Works guides people who are distanced from the labour market towards a suitable workplace. We look at what someone can do and what support they need to take part within a company.
Coffee operator
A coffee operator makes sure the coffee machines are filled and clean and the coffee area is tidy. Daily checks, refilling and recognising simple notifications can be part of the work.
Participants who are ready for the step into work can be seconded to Beautiful Coffee clients through Beautiful People Works. Our people work at companies including Unilever and Van Oord.
A suitable role for your organisation
We discuss tasks, hours, guidance and coordination in the workplace. Your organisation hands over the daily care of the coffee spot and gives someone the chance to build work experience and self-confidence.
Training and SROI
The Beautiful People Academy can prepare participants for the trade. Whether and how this counts towards SROI depends on the agreements with your client. We tailor the substantiation and reporting accordingly.
